Just be sure to provide a phone number so we can call you and wrap up all the details. We can either ship to you, drop ship to your recipient or you can pick up your item at our shop...at your convenience. PricingWe offer many personalized gift options. While most of our customize-able gift items include the personalization, some do not. For example, our embroiderable SewWhat? Gift merchandise does not include the embroidery price. However, our gift items such as etched glass, engraved silver, debossed leather, etc. do. PaymentFor your "over the phone" order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Charges are made to your card at the time your order is placed. Privacy & SecurityYou have our assurance that we will not share any information collected from you. All in formation collected by SewWhat?Gifts will be used internally and for no other purpose than to fulfill your gift needs and to process your transaction. We are also pleased to offer shipping services. We primarily use USPS services, as the prices are generally better. Plus, they offer boxes free which makes it a win/win for all of us. In the event your package does not fit in a USPS box, we save and will reuse (larger) cardboard shipping boxes. This will make us both feel like we're doing a little something to "Save the Planet". We pass on the shipping charges to you (we do not charge you any more than they charge us!) and add on a handling fee of $2.00 - $5.00, depending on the size and packing needs. Just give us the shipping address and we'll do the rest. ReturnsSewWhat? Gifts will provide store credit or an exchange for the amount of the item listed on the receipt for purchases made within the last 30 days. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of SewWhat? Gifts or the product is defective. SewWhat?Gifts is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. If we have shipped an order to you that you find unacceptable, we ask that you notify us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise.
