- As in our store, we are prepared to offer our knowledge, experience and expertise to the gift giving experience. Whether in the store, on the phone or on the internet, our consultants are available to help you have fun while creating the perfect gift that will be appreciated, cherished and remembered.
- Ordering
- We want your on-line ordering experience to be as easy, fun and simple as it is in our store. All you have to do is call during normal business hours (10 AM - 5 PM CST Monday thru Saturday). Our consultants are standing by to answer any questions, give directions or take your order. We have provided you with a shopping list feature to allow you to collect a list of items you may be interested in before you call or email us. We can either ship to you, drop ship to your recipient or you can pick up your item at our shop...at your convenience.
- Pricing
- All prices shown on our website include the personalization displayed. If you are interested in other personalization optinos, please ask one of our consultants for their advice and recommendatons.
- Payment
- For your "over the phone" order, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Charges are made to your card at the time your order is placed.
- Privacy & Security
- You have our assurance that we will not share any information collected from you. All in formation collected by SewWhat?Gifts will be used internally and for no other purpose than to fulfill your gift needs and to process your transaction. After completion of transaction processing, your credit card data will be destroyed.
- Shipping
- We are also pleased to offer shipping services. Because we are not currently set up for mass shipping, we will handle your shipping request just as we do with in-store customers. Just give us the shipping address and we'll do the rest. Our reuse of cardboard shipping boxes will make you feel a part of saving the planet. We pass on the UPS shipping charges to you and charge a handling fee of $5.00. When given the opportunity to login and create your very own shoping list, you may want to go ahead and provide your recipient's address while you're on-line. That way, you can check for accuracy and we will "have it in writing!".
- Returns
- Personalized items are non-returnable, unless it was an error on the part of the Shop or the product is defective. SewWhat?Gifts is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. Any errors must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please carefully review your order before submitting and upon receipt of your goods. Please carefully review the initials you have entered and the order in which they are entered, as we are not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each page lists the order in which initials should be entered. Please follow these carefully. .
