"Do you have a retail store?"

You bet we do! If you are in the Middle Tennessee area, please drop by and see us. We have much more than we can show you on this website! Plus, you will receive outstanding customer and consultant service.

"What is your normal turn-around interval? In other words, when can I expect to receive the items I order?"

Our embroidery production schedule varies depending on our capacity and velocity of incoming orders. We average 3 days during most of the year. Exceptions: the holiday and graduation season where we usually run 5-6 days And don't forget to factor in the days for shipping, if we are sending the item to you.

"Why can I not place an order over the internet?"

That's an easy one. We strive to duplicate, as much as possible, the same consultant shopping experience you would get if visiting our store. Our experience has shown that working one-on-one with a knowledgeable consultant allows you to create the perfect gift....the one that is the "best gift at the party".

"How did you come up with your "favorites?"

From our customers! These featured items speak for themselves. They are proven over and over again to be the favorites....hands down. Our embroidered items exhibit the best font, thread color and placment as determined by our consultants.

"What other items do you have in your store that are not shown on your website?"

Just as you "Shop for" baby, children, men, home decor, and women on our website, we have the same "departments" in our store...and more!

"I don't know what I want to give but I know I want it to be personalized. What should I do?"

Our consultants love to help you pick just the right gift for that special person. Just tell them a little bit of information about the person you are shopping for and your budget. We'll give you plenty of ideas that are sure to please!
